PumpkinFest

Last year we left off getting a pumpkin until the last minute. And then we couldn’t find one if our lives depended on it, and even the faux Pumpkins at Michael’s Crafts were gone, and I was a very sad lady.

Why?

Because I like to carve pumpkins. To the point where, after gutting the fourth pumpkin, Robin mentioned that maybe, just maybe, I like gutting pumpkins just a little too much.

Confession: Robin carved the witch. Good job, too!

Happy Hallowe’en/Samhain to everyone! I’m going to spend the evening with some creative mood lighting and way too much candy than a person who hasn’t sent an 8-year old out on the town should have…
